Terms, Subscription and Refunds

These terms govern the use of Dream Meanings Guide (ruyaokuma.com) and its paid services. By using the site or making a payment you agree to them.

What the Service Is

The dream meanings and AI-generated interpretations on this site draw on classical Islamic sources and modern psychology, but they are offered for cultural and entertainment purposes. They are not a religious ruling, nor medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and should not be the only basis for important decisions.

Premium Subscription

  • Premium is offered monthly or yearly. The current price is shown before you pay.
  • The subscription renews automatically for the same period at the end of each period until you cancel, and is charged at the start of each period.
  • Accounts that have never had a subscription may be offered a 7-day free trial. Cancel before the trial ends and you are not charged.
  • We email a reminder to your account address about 3 days before each renewal.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe; your card details are never stored on our servers.

How Do I Cancel?

  1. Sign in and open My Account (in the menu at the top right and in the footer of every page).
  2. Press Manage subscription. The secure Stripe billing portal opens.
  3. Choose Cancel subscription and confirm.

Once you cancel, you are not charged again and Premium stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. That date is shown on My Account, and we send an email confirming the cancellation. You can resume from the same place before the period ends. Your saved dreams stay on your account after you cancel. If you cannot get into your account, write to us and we will cancel it for you.

Deep Dream Report

The Deep Dream Report is a one-time payment, not a subscription, and it does not renew. Each report credit turns one dream reading into the deep reading. If you buy without an account, the credit goes to an account opened with the email you enter at checkout.

Refunds

  • Subscription fees are charged at the start of each period. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the current period is not refunded pro rata.
  • You can ask for a refund of an unused report credit within 14 days of purchase.
  • Report credits that have been used are digital content delivered immediately and are not refunded.
  • Charges made in error or charged twice are always refunded.

To request a refund, write to info@ruyaokuma.com from the email address you paid with. Approved refunds go back to the card used for the payment. These terms do not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Automated bulk use, abuse, or use that prevents others from using the service is not allowed and may lead to suspension. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes and Contact

We may update these terms; price changes apply to existing subscriptions only from the next renewal. For any questions, reach us through our contact page.
